Odiri Oginni is the CEO of United Capital Asset Management Limited, a leading investment management and advisory firm managing assets exceeding N900 billion across multi-investment strategies.
She has over 18years experience in the financial services industry and specializes in conducting research and providing advice on investment strategies and financial-decision making.

Her primary research interest includes:
• Investigating how financial advisors influence the financial knowledge and behaviours of investors, with a special focus on strategies that effectively support female investors.
• Highlighting the role of behavioural interventions in shaping and improving investor behaviours, ensuring more informed and effective financial decision-making.
• Exploring the unique approaches women take towards investing and understanding the factors influencing their financial decision-making processes.

Odiri is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Lagos Business School. She also earned an MBA from Strayer University and graduated with First Class Honors from Babcock University. Her professional qualifications include being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a CFA Charter holder.

Odiri is a thought leader in the finance industry and she frequently shares her insights and expertise through her publications on the Forbes Finance Council, contributing valuable perspectives on women’s investment strategies and the evolving role of financial advisors in today's market. Her work not only advances the field of finance but also empowers investors, particularly women, to make informed and confident financial decisions.

Odiri is happily married with three kids – a boy and two girls.
